Critically divided UMNO Johor,Kedah,Penang that needs AAB to come over.

Sebahagian Ketua Bahagian Johor Mahu Abdullah Berundur?

Berita Selanjutnya...

Johor Umno liaison got ball... if...

Don't you think my banner is big! Or Johor Umno liaison got big ball enought!Officials say anger on the ground is too strong for him to stay as president - This is what Business Times of Singapore says yesterday on very powerless Malaysian prime minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.Actually, he's going to be persuaded to step down in a managed, but dignified, exit. But Abdullah repeatedly vowed he would not resign but to 'stay and fight' . Don't know what to fight after Barisan Nasional and Umno lost heavilly in the last month general election.A report said that a Saturday meeting of the Johor Umno liaison committee, the state's highest policy making body, resolved that Abdullah should step down but in a manner that should not humiliate him in any way.

Will Muhyiddin Challenge Pak Lah?

Former prime minister Mahathir Mohammad has named Mr Muhyiddin as a potential candidate for the Umno presidency. There is growing speculation in Malaysia that he will be one of the candidates for the top job if the quota system is scrapped.

SMSes have been flying around in Kuala Lumpur, saying he will be teaming up with Mr Razaleigh. Mr Muhyiddin, however, dismissed these as an April Fool's joke. 'Whatever it is, it doesn't come from me and the words are not from me. Maybe some mischievous people want to do something,' he told reporters in KL on Thursday.

Shahrir Refutes Report Saying Johor Umno To Ask PM To Step Down

(Bernama) PUTRAJAYA, April 9 -- Johor Baru Umno chief Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad refuted reports that Johor Umno has approved a resolution calling for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to step down.According to him, there was no resolution made at the state Umno meeting recently.

"The meeting did not pass any resolution or take any decision to be conveyed to the Umno president. Those present shared the views and on my part, I stated that rehabilitating Umno should be the main priority," he told a press conference to announce the National Intellectual Property Day 2008 here Wednesday.

Will Johor Umno break the bad news to Pak Lah on Friday?

KUALA LUMPUR, April 7 — When Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi visits Johor this Friday for a closed door session with senior state Umno politicians, he will face his moment of truth.
The most powerful Umno state in the country is leaning towards asking the party president and prime minister to consider making way for a successor. They are unsure if he should set out a time table for departure immediately or if he should contest the party elections in December.
But the general view among division heads who met on Saturday is that perceptions are powerful, and that the perception hovering around Abdullah is that he is a weak leader and that his family has inordinate influence over him

UMNO Kedah Dan Pulau Pinang Desak Abdullah Undurkan Diri
